By accessing our website or purchasing courses from Willowpoint Mind & Money (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You remain responsible for activities under your account.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD and may change. Refunds: Self-paced courses refundable within 7 days if under 20% completed; live cohorts refundable up to 7 days before start; workshops as agreed in contract.
5. License to content
When you enroll, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal or organizational learning, subject to any stated access window. You may not redistribute or resell content.
6. Acceptable use
- No infringement or unauthorized copying of materials.
- No attempts to breach or circumvent security.
- No harassment or abusive behavior in community features.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights to the site, brand, and course materials. All trademarks, including “Willowpoint Mind & Money,” are protected.
8. Disclaimers
