Do your courses provide financial advice?
No. Our content is educational and informational. We do not provide individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. Use what you learn to ask better questions and make more deliberate choices.
How are courses delivered?
Formats include self-paced micro-lessons, live cohorts with weekly sessions, and workshops for advisor practices. Each course page clearly states the format.
What is your refund policy?
Self-paced courses: 7-day refund if under 20% completed. Live cohorts: refundable up to 7 days before start. Workshops: per contract. Contact us to request a review.
Are there certificates?
Yes. Many courses offer a certificate of completion with documented learning outcomes. While valuable for professional development, certificates do not confer licensure.
Is there accessibility support?
We provide transcripts, keyboard navigation, high-contrast mode (via Theme toggle), and descriptive text. Reach out if you need accommodations.
Can teams enroll together?
Yes. We offer group enrollments and private workshop scheduling for advisor firms and planning teams.
How much time should I budget each week?
Most self-paced courses take 1–3 hours per week. Live cohorts typically meet 90 minutes weekly plus practice exercises.
Do you have scholarships?
We reserve a limited number of scholarships for educators, nonprofit staff, and students. Announcements appear in the catalog when available.
